The bad:
- The pacing sucked.
... staring at a growing dot for like a whole minute.
... the bullet sequence was awesome but felt like a one-trick pony.
- The audio. Music was a little soft, and the voice acting was low qualify, both technically and as a vocal performance.

The interesting:
- Crappy stick figures mixed with well done sequences.

You've done some nice work with this!

* The skits are generally great, high-quality, and genuinely hilarious!
* The extra sprite work (effects and whatnot), really show quality.
* The composition of the shots (scenes) are consistently nice, if abstract.

But, being a member of the hard-to-please public as I am, I have to mention a couple things that really kept me from rating '5':

* +1 Originality! -- gets old after the third time
* The megaman skit. I yawned. :(
* Credits. Extra scene was hilarious, the music was good, but why'd you make it a full song length to bloat your movie size?
* NO AUDIO CREDITS. Come on, there's music and clips throughout, from NES, SNES, the megaman scene, and especially the credits. Your credits roll long enough to slide in another 'oh yeah' in. If you don't know where the music honestly came from or what it's called, at least say so. Shameful.

"Quick, pointless, and ... optimized. Sorta."

The art style is abstract and good.
Color balance, basic drawing skills, fine and fine.

I might even go so far as to call the art 'pretty'.

The story leaves much to be desired, including far too much focus on the cloning machine doing its thing while ... nothing happens. If you're going to be plotless, at least don't make it boring, too.

And I love the fact that for the "30 seconds" is only 300kb. Thanks for reducing the audio quality.

But please, fade out the audio when you're done instead of including the whole track, and give credit on the music, too.

The one you used is a track out of Unreal Tournament 1, I BELIEVE by "Necros", who ALSO did Mechanism Eight (included in the Unreal Tournament 1 soundtrack -- scene_dawt_org/dir.php?dir=%2F music%2Fartists%2Fnecros/ fm-mech8.zip in 1996), before UT1 came out... though I think the tune you used was written specifically for UT.

That's the end of it, really!

Next steps? Perhaps you coul take this idea and incorporate it into some sort of game. Two hands on Flash controls (keyboard+mouse) and use recording levels to do something nice.

Now if only Flash could handle foot controls too...!

That was a pretty good flash. The animation was good, the concept, filesize and all that's more than fine.

The only thing I think is severely wrong is the credits!

"Everything by me".

Well, who are "you"? Put an e-mail address or something that people can click for your NG profile or some way of contacting you so credits mean something!

And also, I'm not sure you did the music. Music isn't just some disposable thing, people put lots of work into it just like you put lots of work into your flash. Even if you take it without permission, at least tell people what it is and where it came from! If you don't know where it came from or how it got on your computer, at least say that!

Just needs polish!

The graphics aren't bad, you put effort into animating and drawing, and your color balance was pretty good.

But polish is needed overall, especially in the sound department. Try to make sounds about the same volume, and not so loud that they crackle.

Also, "All art and animation done by..." You had a lot of music clips in there. Not only did you fail to mention where they're from, most of them were cut pretty badly. If you need a basic editing tool, try Audacity (free, audacity.sf.net) and use fade-ins and fade-outs to make sounds less 'choppy'.

Please credit musicians even if you get it randomly from across the 'net!
